CLEANSPARK reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 23, 2023.
In 2022, three CLEANSPARK executives received on average a compensation package of $17M, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at CLEANSPARK
Zachary Bradford, Chief Executive Officer, received $27M in total, which increased by 79% compared to 2021. 94% of Bradford's compensation, or $25M, was in stock awards. Bradford also received $350K in bonus, $605K in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $205K in other compensation.
S. Matthew Schultz, Chairman, received a compensation package of $23M, which increased by 91% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $22M, was in stock awards.
Gary A. Vecchiarelli, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2022.
CLEANSPARK's fiscal year ends on September 30.
