Clorox reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 6, 2020.
In 2020, five Clorox executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Benno Dorer, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 33% compared to 2019. 30% of Dorer's compensation, or $3.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Dorer also received $1.2M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, $2.9M in stock awards, as well as $402K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $75,157 at Clorox. Therefore, the ratio of Benno Dorer's pay to the median employee pay was 165 to one.
Linda Rendle, President, received a compensation package of $4.2M, which increased by 94% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Laura Stein, General Counsel, earned $4.1M in 2020, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin Jacobsen, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2020, which increases by 39% compared to 2019.
Eric Reynolds, Executive Vice President Household & Cleaning, earned $3.1M in 2020, a 79% increase compared to previous year.
Clorox's fiscal year ends on June 30.
