Clorox reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 5, 2022.
In 2022, five Clorox executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Linda Rendle, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2021. 58% of Rendle's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Rendle also received $1.1K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $844K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $429K in other compensation.
