Cloudera reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 7, 2020.
In 2020, five Cloudera executives received on average a compensation package of $8.8M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas J. Reilly, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 150% compared to 2019. 66% of Reilly's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Reilly also received $250K in salary and $6.1M in other compensation.
Jim Frankola, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $8.4M, which increased by 104% compared to previous year. 92% of the compensation package, or $7.7M, was in stock awards.
Robert Bearden, Chief Executive Officer, earned $6.4M in 2020.
Arun Murthy, Chief Product Officer, received $6M in 2020, which decreases by 17% compared to 2019.
Martin Cole, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.5M in 2020.
Cloudera's fiscal year ends on January 31.
