CME Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 18, 2020.
In 2019, five CME Group executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Terrence A. Duffy, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2018. 55% of Duffy's compensation, or $6.5M, was in stock awards. Duffy also received $50K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $569K in other compensation.
Bryan T. Durkin, President, received a compensation package of $5.7M, which decreased by 14% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
John W. Pietrowicz, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2019, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Julie Holzrichter, Chief Operating Officer, received $3M in 2019, which decreases by 7% compared to 2018.
Kevin D. Kometer, Chief Information Officer, earned $2.8M in 2019.
