CONSOL Energy reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 24, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at CONSOL Energy received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Nicholas J. DeIuliis, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2018. 43% of DeIuliis' compensation, or $5.9M, was in stock awards.
