Coca Cola reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 4, 2021.
In 2020, five Coca Cola executives received on average a compensation package of $8.6M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
James Quincey, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2019. 62% of Quincey's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Quincey also received $960K in bonus, $760K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.1M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $473K in other compensation.
