Codexis reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, four Codexis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Nicols, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2017. 66% of Nicols' compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. Nicols also received $495K in non-equity incentive plan, $647K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Gordon Sangster, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $778K, was in option awards.
Michael Aldridge, Senior Vice President, Corporate and Strategic Development, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
James J. Lalonde, Senior Vice President, Research and Development, received $1.3M in 2018, which increases by 8% compared to 2017.
