Codexis reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 27, 2020.
In 2019, four Codexis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
John J. Nicols, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2018. 69% of Nicols' compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. Nicols also received $422K in non-equity incentive plan, $628K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Gordon Sangster, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 24% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $801K, was in option awards.
James J. Lalonde, Former Senior Vice President, Research and Development, earned $854K in 2019, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Ross Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, received $480K in 2019.
