Codexis reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 29, 2021.
In 2020, two Codexis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 31% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Nicols, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2019. 61% of Nicols' compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Nicols also received $168K in bonus, $298K in non-equity incentive plan, $687K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Ross Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $834K, which increased by 74% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $407K, was in salary.
