Codexis reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, two Codexis executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Nicols, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2020. 61% of Nicols' compensation, or $2.1M, was in option awards. Nicols also received $619K in non-equity incentive plan, $697K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Ross Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $408K, was in salary.
