II-VI reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on September 29, 2020.
In 2020, five II-VI executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Vincent D. Mattera, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2019. 40% of Mattera's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Mattera also received $3.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.8M in option awards, $920K in salary, as well as $236K in other compensation.
Mary Jane Raymond, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Giovanni Barbarossa, Chief Strategy Officer and President, Compound Semiconductor, earned $2.9M in 2020, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Walter R. Bashaw, II, President, received $2.8M in 2020.
Jo Anne Schwendinger, Secretary, earned $2.1M in 2020, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
II-VI's fiscal year ends on June 30.
