II-VI reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 6, 2022.
In 2022, six II-VI executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Vincent D. Mattera, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2021. 63% of Mattera's compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards. Mattera also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $980K in salary, as well as $773K in other compensation.
Mary Jane Raymond, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Giovanni Barbarossa, Chief Strategy Officer and President Compound, earned $3.1M in 2022, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Walter R. Bashaw, II, President, received $3M in 2022, which increases by 2% compared to 2021.
Jo Anne Schwendinger, Secretary, earned $2.1M in 2022, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Christopher Koeppen, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.8M in 2022.
II-VI's fiscal year ends on June 30.
