Comcast CEO Stephen Burke's 2019 pay rises 7% to $43M

Comcast reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, five Comcast executives received on average a compensation package of $29M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen B. Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received $43M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 35% of Burke's compensation, or $15M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Burke also received $9.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $5.4M in option awards, $3.1M in salary, $5.3M in stock awards, as well as $4.8M in other compensation.
Brian L. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $36M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Michael J. Cavanagh, Chief Financial Officer, earned $27M in 2019, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Cohen, Senior Executive Vice President, received $20M in 2019, which increases by 5% compared to 2018.
David N. Watson, Chief Executive Officer, earned $17M in 2019, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
