Comcast reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2021.
In 2020, five Comcast executives received on average a compensation package of $21M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian L. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, received $33M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2019. 32% of Roberts' compensation, or $11M, was in option awards. Roberts also received $150K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $7.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in salary, $11M in stock awards, as well as $200K in other compensation.
Michael J. Cavanagh, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $25M, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 28% of the compensation package, or $7.1M, was in option awards.
David N. Watson, Chief Executive Officer, earned $20M in 2020, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Shell, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in 2020.
Thomas J. Reid, Chief Legal Officer, earned $9.3M in 2020.
