Comcast reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 22, 2022.
In 2021, five Comcast executives received on average a compensation package of $24M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Brian L. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, received $34M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2020. 40% of Roberts' compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Roberts also received $1.8K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $8.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $8.5M in option awards, $3.2M in salary, as well as $114K in other compensation.
Michael J. Cavanagh, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $27M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in stock awards.
David N. Watson, Chief Executive Officer, earned $23M in 2021, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Shell, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in 2021, which increases by 30% compared to 2020.
Dana Strong, Chief Executive Officer, earned $16M in 2021.
