Commercial Vehicle Group reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 2, 2010.
In 2009, five executives at Commercial Vehicle Group received on average a compensation package of $730K, a 12% increase compared to previous year.

Kevin R.L. Frailey, President and General Manager of Electrical Systems, earned $504K in 2009, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
