Conns reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 13, 2022.
In 2022, five Conns executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 182% increase compared to previous year.
Chandra R. Holt, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total. 74% of Holt's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Holt also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $462K in salary, as well as $348K in other compensation.
