CONSOL Energy reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, four executives at CONSOL Energy received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
James A. Brock, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2019. 52% of Brock's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Brock also received $674K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $841K in salary, as well as $38K in other compensation.
James J. McCaffrey, Former Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $750K, was in stock awards.
Martha A. Wiegand, General Counsel, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Kurt Salvatori, Chief Administrative Officer, received $1.1M in 2020, which increases by 13% compared to 2019.
