The Cooper Companies reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on February 4, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at The Cooper Companies received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Albert G. White III, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.7M in total, which increased by 27% compared to 2018. 71% of White's compensation, or $5.5M, was in option awards. White also received $289K in bonus, $127K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $866K in non-equity incentive plan, $925K in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Daniel G. McBride, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in option awards.
Holly R. Sheffield, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian G. Andrews, Chief Financial Officer, received $2M in 2019, which increases by 66% compared to 2018.
Robert D. Auerbach, President, Cooper Surgical , Inc, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
