Copart reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on October 19, 2012.
In 2012, five Copart executives received on average a compensation package of $622K, a 75% decrease compared to previous year.
Vincent W. Mitz, President, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 79% compared to 2011. 51% of Mitz's compensation, or $650K, was in salary. Mitz also received $600K in bonus and $13K in other compensation.
William E. Franklin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $637K, which decreased by 69% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $317K, was in bonus.
Robert H. Vannuccini, Senior Vice President, Sales and Chief Sales Officer, earned $636K in 2012, a 73% decrease compared to previous year.
Russell D. Lowy, Chief Operating Officer, received $564K in 2012, which decreases by 70% compared to 2011.
A. Jayson Adair, Chief Executive Officer, earned $11K in 2012, a 85% decrease compared to previous year.
Copart's fiscal year ends on July 31.
