CoreLogic CEO Frank Martell's 2018 pay rises 7% to $5.6M

CoreLogic reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 19, 2019.
In 2018, four CoreLogic executives received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Frank D. Martell, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2017. 66% of Martell's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. Martell also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $779K in salary, as well as $66K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $67,208 at CoreLogic. Therefore, the ratio of Frank D. Martell's pay to the median employee pay was 84 to one.
Barry M. Sando, Managing Director, Underwriting & Workflow Solutions, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
James Balas, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2018, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Arnold A. Pinkston, Chief Legal Officer, received $2M in 2018.
