CoreLogic CEO Frank Martell's 2019 pay rises 16% to $6.6M

CoreLogic reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 18, 2020.
In 2019, five CoreLogic executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Frank D. Martell, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.6M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 60% of Martell's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Martell also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $824K in salary, as well as $62K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $68,504 at CoreLogic. Therefore, the ratio of Frank D. Martell's pay to the median employee pay was 96 to one.
Barry M. Sando, Managing Director, Underwriting &Workflow Solutions, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
James Balas, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Arnold A. Pinkston, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.1M in 2019, which decreases by 45% compared to 2018.
Francis Aaron Henry, Chief Legal Officer, earned $925K in 2019.
