Corteva reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 19, 2020.
In 2019, five Corteva executives received on average a compensation package of $6M, a 166% increase compared to previous year.
James C. Collins, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 127% compared to 2018. 76% of Collins' compensation, or $8.7M, was in stock awards. Collins also received $628K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $925K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $125K in other compensation.
Timothy P. Glenn, EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M, which increased by 265% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
Gregory R. Friedman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.3M in 2019, a 360% increase compared to previous year.
Rajan Gajaria, EVP, Business Platforms, received $4.5M in 2019, which increases by 205% compared to 2018.
Cornel B. Fuerer, General Counsel, earned $3.7M in 2019.
