Corteva reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 26, 2021.
In 2020, five Corteva executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
James C. Collins, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2019. 42% of Collins' compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Collins also received $423K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $3M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $187K in other compensation.
Gregory R. Friedman, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which decreased by 46% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $870K, was in stock awards.
Timothy P. Glenn, EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.9M in 2020, a 46% decrease compared to previous year.
Rajan Gajaria, EVP, Business Platforms, received $2.5M in 2020, which decreases by 44% compared to 2019.
Cornel B. Fuerer, General Counsel, earned $2.1M in 2020, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
