CoStar Group reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 29, 2010.
In 2009, five executives at CoStar Group received on average a compensation package of $814K, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.

Andrew C. Florance, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2008. 30% of Florance's compensation, or $584K, was in option awards. Jennifer L. Kitchen, Sr. Vice President Research, earned $490K in 2009, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul Marples, Managing Director, CoStar UK Limited, received $436K in 2009, which decreases by 27% compared to 2008.
John L. Stanfill, Sr. Vice President Sales & Customer Service, earned $435K in 2009, a 86% decrease compared to previous year.
