CoStar Group reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 24, 2012.
In 2011, five executives at CoStar Group received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew C. Florance, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 41% compared to 2010. 30% of Florance's compensation, or $1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Florance also received $901K in option awards, $500K in salary, $1M in stock awards, as well as $6.1K in other compensation.
John L. Stanfill, Sr. Vice President Sales & Customer Service, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 84% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $527K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Brian J. Radecki, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2011, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Jennifer L. Kitchen, Sr. Vice President Research, received $620K in 2011, which increases by 12% compared to 2010.
Paul Marples, Managing Director, CoStar UK Limited, earned $564K in 2011, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
