CoStar Group reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 25, 2013.
In 2012, five executives at CoStar Group received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew C. Florance, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.3M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2011. 41% of Florance's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Florance also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $875K in option awards, $543K in salary, as well as $38K in other compensation.
Brian J. Radecki, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $585K, was in stock awards.
John L. Stanfill, Sr. Vice President Sales & Customer Service, earned $1.4M in 2012, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Jennifer L. Kitchen, Sr. Vice President Research, received $722K in 2012, which increases by 16% compared to 2011.
Francis A. Carchedi, Executive Vice President, Operations, earned $529K in 2012.
