CoStar Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 23, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at CoStar Group received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew C. Florance, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 38% compared to 2017. 62% of Florance's compensation, or $9M, was in stock awards. Florance also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.1M in option awards, $750K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Scott T. Wheeler, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Lisa C. Ruggles, Senior Vice President, Global Research, earned $3.6M in 2018, a 186% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew F. W. Linnington, Executive Vice President, Sales, received $3.2M in 2018, which decreases by 13% compared to 2017.
Francis A. Carchedi, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, earned $2.9M in 2018, which is about the same as previous year.
