CoStar Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 19, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at CoStar Group received on average a compensation package of $8.5M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew C. Florance, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2019. 74% of Florance's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards. Florance also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $800K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Scott T. Wheeler, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.6M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $5.5M, was in stock awards.
Frederick G. Saint, President, Marketplaces, earned $5.1M in 2020.
Lisa C. Ruggles, Senior Vice President, Global Research, received $4.9M in 2020, which increases by 28% compared to 2019.
Matthew F. W. Linnington, Former Executive Vice President, Sales, earned $3.8M in 2020, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
