CoStar Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at CoStar Group received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew C. Florance, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2020. 75% of Florance's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Florance also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $906K in salary, as well as $143K in other compensation.
Scott T. Wheeler, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $8.2M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $6.2M, was in stock awards.
Frederick G. Saint, President, Marketplaces, earned $6M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Lisa C. Ruggles, Senior Vice President, Global Research, received $5.6M in 2021, which increases by 15% compared to 2020.
