Couchbase reported fiscal year 2024 executive compensation information on April 17, 2024.
In 2024, three Couchbase executives received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew M. Cain, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which increased by 337% compared to 2023. 83% of Cain's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Cain also received $250K in bonus, $587K in non-equity incentive plan, $510K in salary, as well as $8.1K in other compensation.
Greg Henry, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
Huw Owen, Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, earned $2.5M in 2024, a 66% decrease compared to previous year.
Couchbase's fiscal year ends on January 31.
