Crane reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 15, 2019.

Max H. Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 40% of Mitchell's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. Mitchell also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $193K in other compensation.
Richard A. Maue, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $820K, was in stock awards.
Louis V. Pinkham, Senior Vice President, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley L. Ellis, Senior Vice President, received $1.4M in 2018, which decreases by 15% compared to 2017.
Anthony M. D'Iorio, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2018.
