Crane reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 15, 2022.
In 2021, five Crane executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Max H. Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.5M in total, which increased by 49% compared to 2020. 42% of Mitchell's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards.
