Cray reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 18, 2019.
In 2018, five Cray executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter J. Ungaro, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2017. 51% of Ungaro's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Ungaro also received $56K in bonus, $324K in non-equity incentive plan, $721K in option awards, $540K in salary, as well as $3.2K in other compensation.
