Cricut reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 15, 2022.
In 2021, four Cricut executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 282% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Cricut
Ashish Arora, Chief Executive Officer, received $39M in total, which increased by 456% compared to 2020. 88% of Arora's compensation, or $34M, was in stock awards. Arora also received $877K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in option awards, $464K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Martin F. Petersen, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 161% compared to previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in stock awards.
Gregory Rowberry, Former Executive VP, Sales, earned $1.8M in 2021, a 177% increase compared to previous year.
Donald B. Olsen, General Counsel, received $1.2M in 2021.
