Criteo SA reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 11, 2019.
In 2018, five Criteo SA executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.6M in total, which increased by 869% compared to 2017. 43% of Rudelle's compensation, or $2.8M, was in stock awards. Rudelle also received $241K in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $457K in salary, as well as $281K in other compensation.
Eric Eichmann, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M, which decreased by 39% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in option awards.
Mary Spilman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.6M in 2018, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Benoit Fouilland, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.1M in 2018, which increases by 6% compared to 2017.
Dan Teodosiu, Chief Technology Officer, earned $3M in 2018, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
