Crocs reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, four Crocs executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew Rees, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.2M in total, which decreased by 32% compared to 2018. 55% of Rees' compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Rees also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $950K in salary, as well as $26K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $16,659 at Crocs. Therefore, the ratio of Andrew Rees' pay to the median employee pay was 373 to one.
Anne Mehlman, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 127% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $750K, was in stock awards.
Daniel P. Hart, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Risk Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Carrie W. Teffner, Former Executive Vice President, Finance and Strategic Projects, received $229K in 2019, which decreases by 92% compared to 2018.
