Crocs reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 22, 2022.
In 2021, five Crocs executives received on average a compensation package of $7M, a 67% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew Rees, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2020. 75% of Rees' compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Rees also received $2.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $41K in other compensation.

Anne Mehlman, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.5M in 2021, which increases by 82% compared to 2020.
Daniel P. Hart, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Risk Officer, earned $3.5M in 2021, a 61% increase compared to previous year.
