Crown Holdings reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 21, 2022.
Timothy Donahue, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 33% compared to 2020. 54% of Donahue's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards. Donahue also received $1.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $55K in other compensation.
