In 2019, three CTS executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Kieran M. O'Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.4M in total, which decreased by 29% compared to 2018. 68% of O'Sullivan's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. O'Sullivan also received $750K in salary and $19K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $12,920 at CTS. Therefore, the ratio of Kieran M. O'Sullivan's pay to the median employee pay was 189 to one.
Ashish Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $912K, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $530K, was in stock awards.
Luis F. Machado, General Counsel, earned $753K in 2019, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
