Cubic reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 18, 2019.
In 2018, five Cubic executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley H. Feldmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2017. 59% of Feldmann's compensation, or $2.8M, was in stock awards. Feldmann also received $959K in non-equity incentive plan, $871K in salary, as well as $43K in other compensation.
Anshooman Aga, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M. 31% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in stock awards.
Matthew J. Cole, Senior Vice President, Cubic Corporation and President, Cubic Transportation Systems, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Michael R. Twyman, Senior Vice President, Cubic Corporation and President, Cubic Mission Solutions, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 16% compared to 2017.
David H. Buss, Senior Vice President, Cubic Corporation and Former President, Cubic Global Defense, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
