Cubic reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 17, 2020.
In 2019, five Cubic executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley H. Feldmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.9M in total, which increased by 27% compared to 2018. 70% of Feldmann's compensation, or $4.1M, was in stock awards.
