Cumulus Media reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 21, 2009.
In 2008, four executives at Cumulus Media received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
Lewis W. Dickey, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 67% compared to 2007. 57% of Dickey's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Dickey also received $500K in bonus, $941K in salary, as well as $17K in other compensation.
John W. Dickey, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 22% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $580K, was in salary.
Jon G. Pinch, Chief Operating Officer, earned $728K in 2008, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Martin R. Gausvik, Chief Financial Officer, received $648K in 2008, which decreases by 15% compared to 2007.
