Danaher reported fiscal year 2006 executive compensation information on April 9, 2007.
In 2006, five Danaher executives received on average a compensation package of $6.6M.
H. Lawrence Culp, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total. 42% of Culp's compensation, or $8.3M, was in stock awards. Culp also received $5.4K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $6.3M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $425K in other compensation.
Phillip W. Knisely, Executive Vice President, received a compensation package of $3.8M. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in option awards.
Steven E. Simms, Executive Vice President, earned $3.7M in 2006.
Daniel L. Comas, Chief Financial Officer, received $3M in 2006.
James A. Lico, Executive Vice President, earned $2.7M in 2006.
