Danaher reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, five Danaher executives received on average a compensation package of $7.6M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas P Joyce, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2017. 36% of Joyce's compensation, or $5.5M, was in stock awards. Joyce also received $3.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.5M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $527K in other compensation.
