Danaher reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 25, 2020.
In 2019, five Danaher executives received on average a compensation package of $8.9M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas P Joyce, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2018. 38% of Joyce's compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards.
