Danaher reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 30, 2022.
In 2021, five Danaher executives received on average a compensation package of $8.4M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Rainer M. Blair, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 65% compared to 2020. 36% of Blair's compensation, or $6.3M, was in option awards. Blair also received $4.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, $5.1M in stock awards, as well as $439K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $66,203 at Danaher. Therefore, the ratio of Rainer M. Blair's pay to the median employee pay was 259 to one.
Joakim Weidemanis, Executive Vice President, received a compensation package of $7.6M, which decreased by 39% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in option awards.
Matthew R. McGrew, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.1M in 2021, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Angela S. Lalor, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, received $5.8M in 2021, which increases by 6% compared to 2020.
Jennifer L. Honeycutt, Executive Vice President, earned $5.4M in 2021.
