Data I/O reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 4, 2023.
In 2022, four Data I/O executives received on average a compensation package of $411K, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Anthony Ambrose, Chief Executive Officer, received $635K in total, which decreased by 25% compared to 2021. 52% of Ambrose's compensation, or $330K, was in salary. Ambrose also received $250 in bonus, $292K in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
