Datadog reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, four Datadog executives received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 270% increase compared to previous year.
Olivier Pomel, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 4,047% compared to 2018. 98% of Pomel's compensation, or $18M, was in option awards. Pomel also received $152K in non-equity incentive plan, $300K in salary, as well as $300 in other compensation.
Amit Agarwal, Chief Product Officer, received a compensation package of $11M. 95% of the compensation package, or $11M, was in option awards.
Alexis Lê-Quôc, Chief Technology Officer, earned $11M in 2019, a 2428% increase compared to previous year.
David Obstler, Chief Financial Officer, received $671K in 2019, which decreases by 91% compared to 2018.
